Student Life

St. John Neumann Catholic School believes that each student should be nurtured and developed to their fullest potential academically, artistically, and most importantly spiritually. We also recognize that each child is blessed with special gifts to be shared with our school family. From the youngest of our students in Pre-kindergarten to the oldest in middle school, everyone is a valued member of the school community. With these beliefs comes the responsibility of recognizing and nurturing each child’s God-given gifts by providing them the opportunities to flourish through their school life experience.

Athletics

We emphasize the development of basic skills, appropriate attitudes, values, and team concepts by providing an extensive award-winning athletics program. As a member of the All-Catholic Conference of the Archdiocese of Miami, SJNCS has won the Division IIA All-Sports Award for four consecutive years. Sports offered at both junior varsity and varsity levels for both boys and girls include volleyball, cross country, basketball, softball, baseball, track and field, and flag football. Involvement in extracurricular activities at a young age can help students see the value in having regular hobbies, as well as promote time management, a skill that will carry into their future beyond SJNCS. Some of the extracurricular activities we offer our students are:
