About the event
Please make sure that your child has a healthy breakfast that morning and wears their regular school uniform.
CHAPERONES
We will only be allowed to take our 2 room parents, 2 parents, and 2 teachers.
LUNCH
Have your child bring a labeled bag lunch with everything easy to throw away. Water will be provided for each student.
PAYMENT
The cost of the field trip is $30 per student .
Checks or cash will not be accepted.
Please PRINT your receipt, attach it to the paper Field Trip Authorization Form, and return them to the school in an envelope marked “4th Grade Nutcracker Field Trip” by Monday, October 9th.

No late payments or submissions can be accepted.
